What is IT Management?

Currently, the management of IT services is a trend that has established itself as one of the issues most discussed in the IS. The purpose of this management method is, through the joint use of processes, customers, product and partners to improve DSI relationships - customers internal to the company.

For its operation, an ITSM software requires a unique database that will contain all the information pertaining to the company. It is the CMDB (Configuration Management DataBase) that will be able to manage configurations, changes, incidents and requests for user support. ITSM does not allow the management of the infrastructure that is made through Information Technology Operations Management (ITOM). In order to be able to automate the processes and to assign to a certain task, the definition of the actors or resources related to each other is made during the management of the work sequences.

Clarification of the objective, evaluation of the budget and drafting of specifications in the company of the owner.

Definition of the methodology and the piloting tools that will be used in the project (agile method, PERT method, adaptive method, PRINCE2 method, ERP, Gantt chart, CRM, KPI, dashboards, online storage solution.

• Commissioning, verification, project validation and delivery.
